Data Deletion Instructions – Hi360x

To request deletion of your data, including data received through Facebook, Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp:
1. Send an email to privacy@360techusa.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include the email, phone number or username you used to contact the business or to register in Hi360x.
3. We will confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days.

Business customers can also delete conversations at any time from their Hi360x dashboard and disconnect any connected channel.
